Not your average corporate imagery

This incredible non-profit supports businesses in taking decisive action to make their early career programmes fairer and more inclusive.

GoodWork also assists the young people who need it most, so they can access the roles they’re interested in and succeed in their careers - whatever direction that may be.

The project had 2 clear but somewhat challenging aims:

1. To make photos & video clips for web and socials that appeal to both the corporate world and young people from underprivileged backgrounds.

2. Demonstrate what the organisation is all about in an authentic, exciting way.

We decided the best way to make this happen was by documenting the first two weeks of the training programme, where the interns learned a wide range of skills that would help them in the following 6 month placement in their new role.

Documenting this training day and making portraits with each of the interns was a real pleasure. I loved the individual sessions dotted in between capturing the whole team working and learning together.

GoodWork now have a bank of images and video clips they can use to showcase exactly what they do and the young people have professional headshots they can use on LinkedIn and CV’s.
